J. Hutton - President and Chief Executive Officer
Chris is
a founding member of IISI's executive team. He was instrumental in developing
IISI from a start-up company in 1983 into its current position as a premier
excess loss facility. Chris holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Southampton
in England.
Bruce
A. Noriega - Chief Operating Officer
Bruce has
30+ years experience in group insurance, specializing in stop loss programs
for self-funded clients and fully-insured medical, dental, life, and
disability. His industry experience includes working in third party
administrator, insurance company and managing general underwriter
environments with emphasis on underwriting, marketing and internal
operations. Bruce holds a B.S. in Finance from University of San Francisco, CA.
Jim
Henry - Executive Vice President
Jim
has over 20 years experience in the group insurance field with
responsibilities in sales and marketing for self-funded, fully-insured, and
managed care programs.
Jim holds a B.S. in Marketing and an M.B.A. from California
State University
in Hayward, CA.
Debra
J. Anderson - Vice President of Underwriting
Debra has
over 24 years of experience in employee benefits with emphasis on
underwriting and large case self-funded analysis. She has specific
expertise in evaluations of claim reserves, benefit designs and
utilization/trend patterns.
Debra holds a B.A. from Youngstown
State University
in Youngstown, OH
and an M.B.A. from University of Dayton in Dayton,
OH.
Mary C. Louie - Vice President of Claims
Mary has 30 years experience in claims, including
adjudication, contracts/policy drafting, computerized claim development and
management.
Madeline
McGriff, RN, BSN, PHN – Vice President, Managed Care
Madeline has worked in healthcare for over 20 years with extensive
experience in Utilization Review, Case Management, Disease Management and
Auditing Services. Madeline has a BSN from San Francisco State University, CA
Carol
Clements - Vice President of Administration
Carol has
over 20 years insurance industry experience with a focus on administration
and customer service.
Paul
Rovira - Vice President of Accounting/Information Technology
Paul has over 18 years experience in the design and
development of business database systems and networks. Paul holds a
B.A. in Finance from Dominican University in San Rafael, CA.
Dave Kanarish
– Vice President, Regional Marketing & Sales
Dave has
worked in the insurance industry since 1986, with responsibilities
including sales/marketing, recruiting, training, and agency management.
A graduate of Rutgers College,
New Brunswick, NJ, Dave holds
a B.A. in political science.
