We are excited to welcome John Andrusko to the iiSi underwriting team! John brings over twenty years of employer stop loss experience to iiSi, with time spent on both the MGU and carrier sides of the industry, a well-rounded background that will serve him and our team well. A Minnesota native, John is a proud Twin Cities resident, though he'll be the first to tell you that a return to Florida is somewhere on the horizon. When he's not at his desk, you can likely find John putting in miles on foot. He's an avid walker, logging several miles a day. Beyond the walking trail, John's hobbies include road trips, cooking, and reading, and he loves spending his free time with family and friends. Perhaps most notably, John was a self-described NASA geek growing up, with dreams of attending Space Camp. While space is the final frontier - and admittedly a much cooler one than employer stop loss - we're grateful that John's trajectory brought him to iiSi instead. We are thrilled to have him on the team and look forward to the experience and perspective he brings. Welcome, John!
